Our Staff
Our Team Leader (TL): Judy Pool Homan, Broker Associate with more than 14 years of real estate experience in the DFW metroplex market. Judy realizes that there is more to life than just working long hours to build your business. That is why she has dedicated herself to studying the greatest minds in business and real estate and passing along what she learns to her team through Team Meetings, training, consulting and coaching sessions. Judy takes the time to assess the abilities and desires of agents, and then work with them to develop a realistic action plan to help them reach their goals. Judy says: "When you focus on what is most important in your life, all your other duties and priorities naturally fall into place. For us as Realtors, it allows us to serve our clients better as our eyes are opened to their needs and that they have come to us because they are experiencing a change in their life. By choosing us, they have said that they trust us to help them make this change - this transition in their life - as smooth as possible."
Our Market Center Administrator (MCA): Tamala Marbut. Tamala's business and financial expertise are surpassed only by her  willingness to go the extra mile for her agents. Tamala has a keen eye for the details and for supporting our agents. She is truly the wind beneath their wings. Her problem-solving skills are beyond compare, and her genuine care for our agents greatly enhances the family bond we share.
Our Director of First Impressions (DOFI): Cristal Weruk. Cristal's bubbly personality and smile truely reflects the warmness of our office. Her customer service skills ensure that everyone that comes into our office receives the highest quality treatment. Cristal is a fount of knowledge about the office and is always willing to help guide agents in the processes and procedures they need to conduct their business. Cristal's smile makes it a pleasure to come into our market center everyday.  
The Evolution of Real Estate
Founded in 1983, Keller Williams Realty Inc. is an international real estate company with more than 600 offices located across the United States and Canada. The company began franchising in 1991, and following years of phenomenal growth and success, became the fourth-largest U.S. residential real estate firm in North America in 2006. The company has succeeded by treating its associates as partners and shares its knowledge, policy control and company profits on a system-wide basis.
Each Keller Williams Realty office is ultimately run by the agents through the Agent Leadership Council (ALC). The ALC is comprised of the top 20% agents in the office (based on annual production), and meets every month to review how the business portion of the office is running and to set policy.
Another very important part of what makes Keller Williams Realty special is our profit sharing. Because we realize that talent attracts talent, agents receive ongoing rewards for showing a path to success to other agents. When an agent joins Keller Williams, they select the person most responsible for helping them make the decision. The person they select receives a portion of the Profit brought in from their sales commission. This compensation goes 7-levels up on a bell-shaped curve, and does not take any money from the agent making the sale.
