We now have a new vendor program. Our preferred vendor program is an important part of our Keller Williams Culture. It provides our agents with opportunities to do business with the best and brightest in every segment of our industry. This program aids our office with an additional income stream, which we use to help sponsor events for our agents, our clients, our real estate friends and affiliates like you.
As a Keller Williams Preferred Vendor we would like to offer you the opportunity to:
Provide Breakfast for our Tuesday Team Meetings, where you will be given a few minutes to speak in front of our agents. Put out flyers, cards, and information about your business in our resource room. Sponsor various office events such as birthdays, luncheons, capper celebrations, ECT. Your name and business will be put in our bi-monthly newsletter. Teach classes that will help our agents with their business. Please schedule classes with us a month in advance when possible. Your business name and contact information will be posted on our office Intranet, which is available to all of our agents and staff. Your business name will be posted on our web site www.kwjohnsoncounty.yourkwoffice.comAs a preferred vendor you do not have to participate in all of our office happenings. You may be as involved as you would like to be. If there is something you would like to do for our agents that we have not mentioned above, please let us know and we will try to accommodate you in the best way that we can.
Title Companies may not be a Preferred Vendor due to rules within the Insurance Commission. However, please do not hesitate to contact me to find out how your title company can become involved with our agents here at Keller Williams.
Our new, updated Keller Williams preferred vendor program is open to you for $50.00 per month. You may pay monthly, or if you pay in full for one year you will receive a 10% discount.
